Fulfillment Policy

Introduction

At SuperDev Technologies, we are committed to delivering exceptional software development services. Our Fulfillment Policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, project delivery, refunds, and cancellations, ensuring transparency and satisfaction for our valued clients.

  • Order Processing

  1. Projects commence upon the finalization of requirements and receipt of the initial payment, as outlined in the project proposal.
  2. Clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the project scope, timeline, milestones, and payment terms.

  • Project Delivery

      1. Deliverables will be provided according to the timeline and milestones specified in the project agreement.
      2. Clients will be kept informed of the project’s progress through regular updates.

  • Refund Policy

      1. Due to the bespoke nature of software development, refunds are generally not offered once a project has commenced and resources have been                              allocated.
      2. However, if a client wishes to discontinue their project within a specified period from the start date (e.g., within 14 days), a partial refund may be                               considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work already completed. Any such refunds will incur a service fee to cover the costs of             labor and resources utilized up to the point of cancellation.
      3. If SuperDev Technologies fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or if the final product deviates significantly from the project specifications without a                mutually agreed-upon reason, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to an internal review.

  • Cancellation Policy

      1. Clients may cancel their projects by providing written notice to SuperDev Technologies.
      2. In the event of cancellation within the specified period from the project start date, the client may be eligible for a partial refund as per our Refund Policy.
      3. For cancellations beyond this period, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to date at the time of cancellation. Any advance payment            for services not yet rendered will be refunded, minus applicable fees.

  • Changes to Orders

          Requests for changes to the project scope or deliverables should be made in writing. Changes may affect project timelines and costs, subject to a revised            agreement.
